Electronic controlled injector is the most important component in the gasoline electronic fuel injection system, which has great influence on the engine economic,dynamical and emission performance. Motorcycle electronic control system requires the precision flow characteristics in order to realize the precise injection and ensure air-fuel ratio of all the conditions. In actual production, because of the complexity of the manufacturing process and the diversity of influence factors, Especially in mass production, it is difficult to control the stability. its flow characteristic needs to inspect and monitor In the production process. Therefore it is the vital significance to develop injector flow characteristic test-bed.This paper designs and builds the flow characteristic test bench, and testingsystem of the electronic control unit. the ECU software realizes real-time controlled system and sets the control parameters on on-line, It can easily finish thetesting of flow characteristic.Taking a high resistance injector as an example,Accurate measurement of the flow characteristic of the whole flow range, these data have been analyzed and summarized so as to gain some important parameters, such as the static anddynamic flow, deviation from linearity et al. And study the driving voltage and injection pressure on its impact, And take the specific compensating measures,These parameters offer technical support for the design of EFI of gasoline engine.Experimental results show that this test performance is stable and reliable, which can test some important characteristic parameters accurately. The success of this test system supplys a favorable test platform for the gasoline injector and provides the necessary parameters for motorcycle control injection system.
