At present the general high-rise building housing the small bay and lower bay for the big office and business premises, this building features vertical division of the vertical structural system allows the lower floor or upper floors of the form and quite different, this time on need to set the structure layer, the layer arrangement in the level of transformation elements.As the current conversion layer on the analysis of high-rise building model is still not a mature program, so the research on the conversion layer and beam characteristics of the building structure, a reasonable method of modeling and analysis of the dynamic performance of the conversion layer and the impact of the earthquake under the law and so on, have important practical significance.This paper uses the SATWE and ANSYS finite element software to simulate the actual construction. Conversion layer on the wall high-rise building for the seismic performance analysis, modal analysis and vibration through the decomposition of reflection spectrum method to study the seismic performance of building structures. And to provide general conclusions, provide some valuable suggestions.The following major elements:(1)Move with the conversion layer, the underlying upward trend of seismic shear, the maximum total displacement is not much change in the maximum story drift upward with the conversion layer, to appear also increased, but higher conversion layer location , the largest of its location appears in the following two conversion layer location, location relatively close to the conversion layer.(2)Maximum total displacement decreases with the high beams have a tendency to increase. Equivalent stiffness of the structure of the conversion layer of relatively large, the structure of the maximum total displacement increase. Equivalent in meeting the regulatory requirements of the lateral stiffness ratio, the smaller the torsional stiffness of the structure, the total lateral displacement and maximum story drift angle is greater.(3)Structure of the bottom of the shear weight ratio with the structure conversion layer on layer transfer and stiffness of conversion showed a tendency to increase.(4)Conversion layer up and down the floor to change the thickness of the lateral vibration of the structure is very small. As the thickness increases, as the conversion layer slab thickness increases, the upper structure by increasing the moment, converting the lower level remained unchanged.(5)Conversion coating mass on the structural modes of very small. The quality of the whole structure, the change is not obvious.
