Transfer belt truss system as a high-rise building to strengthen the important part of the layer, due to its unique properties and resistance to lateral load conversion role in modern high-rise building system, has been used widely in modern super tall building. On the one hand, transfer belt truss and other conversion truss support structure, outrigger trusses and bracing together to form a reinforcing to resist external loads such as wind or earthquake loads. on the other hand, as the conversion truss trusses, floor surface of the load transmitted through the endless belt truss pillars, played the role of conversion. However, due to the truss is an ultra-high truss, large span, overweight double truss, and its pillars structure weird, complex nodes, large plate thickness(some reach more than 150mm), a large component size, weight, material grade than the high(typically Q345 GJC, even a large number of Q390 D, Q420 D and Q460E), Based on the above features, the belt truss construction has brought great inconvenience to the construction workers. In this paper, the construction mechanics of transfer belt truss were studied during the construction.In this paper, a finite element modes about a belt truss was developed to investigate the construction mechanics of transfer belt truss. The belt truss stress and deformation changes is Analyzed in the installation process, and make sure the influence initial imperfections and steel residual stress on the steel mechanical performance, and the pillars complex nodes were analyzed in order to provide guidance for the actual construction. The following several aspects had been done:(1) Based on the ABAQUS finite element software, the simulation and monitoring of the truss in the construction process is carried out, including the stress, deformation and bearing deformation of the construction process, and the different construction installation sequence as well as the overall installation of the comparative analysis, analysis of different installation methods in the process of the truss of the stress path and time variant effect, in order to guide the rationality of the construction program. Through the monitoring of the installation process, it can provide guidance for the follow-up of the arch effect in the process of installation.(2) Based on consistent imperfection modal method, the truss is analyzed, using the finite element software ABAQUS, considering the initial imperfection. To explore and study the residual stresses generated in the welding process of the mega steel structures in the truss(3) To the entire transfer belt truss system, many facts are monitored in construction simulation, such as the changes in the construction process of displacement of column, truss force and deformation, plane truss, the out of plane displacement. It is analyzes that the truss is effect on the other truss in the installation process or not. Finally, Based on the complexity of the connection of the giant column and the truss, the different influence degree of the joint force of the complex joint before and after the construction is analyzed.
