Recent years, people have been working to develop the ideal alternative transformer product to traditional products. Studies on optical current transformers began in the seventies of last century, as technology continues developing, to achieve the nineties of last century linked to network operation. In china, the research on optical current transformer achieved a breakthrough in this century, and realizing the commercial.This article analysis the shape of the whole structure of magnetic ring assembly, the shape of air gap section, the shape and size of the magnetic ring, the influence of the within radius of the magnetic ring to the air gap within the magnetic field characteristics of mathematical model, then draw the influence of the set of magnetic optical current CT sensitivity, interference and dynamic range of measurement. Do simulate of the air-gap within the magnetic field distribution using Ansoft simulation software, find the distribute rules of air gap within the magnetic field structure. The overall structure of magnetic ring is analyzed combining the analysis of magnetic circuit and the simulation of magnetic, theory and combining data.Secondly, this article analysis the influence of different magnetic dielectric to the collection magnetism link performance, the reason of magnetic dielectric residual magnetism magnetic lag produces, as well as the influence of magnetic lag to collection magnetism concentric type OCT performance. After the collection magnetism link contains the air gap, the entire collection magnetism structure's hysteresis characteristics with the magnetic dielectric hysteresis characteristics is different. This paper combined the magnetic dielectric hysteresis characteristics and the influence of air gap to magnetism structure, establish collection magnetism link magnetic lag model. On the one hand, analytic the set magnetism link structure characteristic, on the other hand, analysis set magnetism concentric type OCT air-gap field distribution and its change characteristic. And from this analytic the influence of set magnetism link hysteresis characteristics to the OCT peak-to-peak value, profile, frequency, non-periodic component survey. Contrasts the difference of the above characteristic and the characteristic of tradition CT, obtains the characteristic of the collection magnetism concentric type OCT.The factors that connected with the air-gap field will have the influence to the performance of OCT system, but the degree of the affects is different. This paper analyzes the influence weight of each influencing factor to the system, and the influence's degree to the OCT system is also the importance that this paper attempts to study.Finite element simulation model to establish the basic conditions of reality can approximate simulation by using finite element software Ansoft, but the actual model test is not discussed in this article due to the limited experimental conditions. In this paper, the related factors that affect the performance of magnetic field gap are theoretical and simulation analyzed, with the aim to find the road for the actual business application of large-size magnetic type OCT in future. |
