With the improvements of people's life, the air-conditioner is more and more prevalent. In order to meet the demands of the air-conditioning control, such as high performance, low cost and low loss. This paper subject to the single rolling position PMSM air-conditioning compressor control system for the study, research on the power factor control(PFC) , PMSM vector control theory, and torque ripple suppression. What's more, permanent magnet synchronous air-conditioning compressor of all-digital platform is constructed to verify the validation of the control method and theory.Firstly, this paper discusses the key issues of the air-conditioning compressor control system. Then it explains the definition of the PFC and the harmonic standards. The flux estimation method in position sensorless control of the PMSM control system, the comparison comparison of constant proportion of voltage to frequency and vector control, and the domestic and foreign research for the inhibition of the torch disturbance are also given.Secondly, this paper discusses the basic kinds of PFC. The new kind of part PFC and the simplifying of the zero-cross point of voltage detection. Then this paper compares the characteristics of the complete PFC and the new part PFC by simulation. Base on this, this paper varifies the new part PFC scheme by experiments.Thirdly, this paper analysis the mathematic model of PMSM, the vector contol scheme and the design of current loop and speed loop. The conventional flux estimation method in position sensorless control is discussed. Base on this, a kind of new flux estimation method is given and verified by simulation.Fourthly, this paper studies the characteristics of PMSM torque disturbance. According to the periodicity of the air-conditioning torch disturbance, a new kind of interative method is proposed. The open-closed loop iterative learning method with forgetting factor and its convergence condition are given. Then this paper compensates the current iq by feedforward method to inhibit the torch disturbance. And simulation proves the convergence and effectiveness of the method. At last, this paper constructes an experiment platform, which is based on Infineon XC878 MCU, and designs for PMSM air-conditioning compressor control system. Improved flux estimation method for PMSM position sensorless vector control has been realized. On base of massive experiments, it analysis and studies the performance. It has been proved that the control system reduces costs, as well as has fairly good dynamic property and steady precision.
