Research Of Shipbuilding Production Design And Management Technology

A Shipbuilding Information System is the development direction of modern shipbuilding mode and also the theme of future. In modern shipbuilding mode, the shipbuilding production design and production scheduling is the core. In this paper, the shipbuilding's key technology of production management is studied mainly. Focused on production design and scheduling process for shipbuilding, the main job is the solution of modeling and algorithm optimization problem. And on the all basis, the shipbuilding production design and management system is developed.After reading a lot of technical information in related fields, the current research status, at home and abroad, on the technology of shipbuilding production design and management is introduced. And the theory of shipbuilding process management, shipbuilding production design theory and shipbuilding production scheduling theory are further studied.Aiming at the Hull, Outfitting and Painting, which are the three elements of shipbuilding, the paper will research their design work and make conclusions. Finally, types of BOMs of shipbuilding production design work will be established. Later, shipbuilding production process of different shipyards will be researched, and then an optimized and common shipbuilding production process can be formed. With the method of Object-Oriented Modeling, the shipbuilding production process will be modeled, which is the basis of shipbuilding production management algorithm design.Some key problems of shipbuilding production management will have their doable solutions. The production scheduling problem is divided into two smaller ones: static scheduling and dynamic scheduling. A genetic algorithm is applied to solve the former one and some scheduling rules are collected to solve the latter one.A shipbuilding production design and management system will be developed. By the Unified Modeling Language the process of analysis and designing is described. Some important interfaces are showed at the end of the dissertation.
