As energy and environmental pressure increases, HEV would be a developing trend within a period of time, however, the drive range of HEV now is far less than the traditional car, which would put a serious impact on its industrialization and publicity. Adapting regenerative brake system on HEV would be a kind of effective ways to increase the drive range of HEV. How to regenerate the energy exhausted is the main thing in the research of braking process. The effect of regenerating is directly influenced by different control strategy. The existing control strategy couldn`t work well with the relation between safety and efficiency.This paper have studied the process of braking and the constitution of regenerative brake system, and built up the simulink models of regenerative brake system, the subject is the key technology of regenerative braking system, which is the control strategy, including ideal brake force distribution,parallel brake force distribution,max energy brake force distribution, put forward a kind of brake force distribution base on the fuzzy logical theory, whose input variable is the state of charge and the slip rate of the car, output variable is the regenerative rate of total brake force, combined with the logical energy storage system and fuzzy energy storage system, build up the models in MATLAB/simulink, redevelop the ADVISOR, analyzing the simulative result.The result shows, in the urgent brake cycle, the safety of car applied the fuzzy logical control is equal to others. at the same time, the regenerative energy remain high level, the ultracapacitor have done well in the simulation, which is "peak clipping and valley filling", extend the life span of the battery, by the results in 15 circulate cycles of urban, the fuzzy brake system wouldn`t lock the front wheel and make the rear one slip easily, the brake system applied the integrated fuzzy control strategy can maintain a high level of SOC, moreover, increasing the regenerative braking energy greatly.
