Steel seal sealing is used more and more in radial gate(Anti-arc door),steel seal sealing surface is susceptible to deformation and corrosion damage under the gravity,water pressure and action of cavitation, etc,it leads to gate leakage.So the steel sealing seal surface has to be repaired to ensure the sealing.In Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering,anti-arc steel door steel seal repair techniques have been concerned increasingly.The anti-arc steel door seal sealing surface synchronous profiling repair techniques has been studied in the paper based on the subject of anti-arc steel door in the ship lock of Three Gorges Water Control Project.In the same time,the paper was funded by the project of Western Transportation Construction Science and Technology("The key technology of quick repair in Three Gorges ship lock"(200732800074)).The main contents include:(1) According to boundary conditions and parameters,the anti-arc steel door sealing seal synchronous profiling repairing device has been designed through the analysis of the characteristics and damage causes about anti-arc steel door seal sealing surface in the Three Gorges water control project.The device consists of detecting module,the hydraulic drive part which has profiling functions and the mechanical structure part.It can complete the sealing seal surface synchronous profiling repairing work after the anti-arc door steel seal sealing surface has been welded.(2)Considering the stiffness,strength and stability of the device,the typical cantilever structure of the repair device has been analyzed based on the finite element theory,and the error compensation claims have been proposed.(3)Anti-arc steel door sealing seal repair error mathematical model has been set up based on the multi-body system,and the model has been simplified by the engineering parameters.So that the simplified model contains only the characteristics components of position error and movement error.It's convenient for error control.(4)The error of mathematical model has been identified by using the 9-line identification method,the method of error control and compensation have been proposed based on the results of the identification.The theoretical results obtained in this paper can provide reference for the type and accuracy design of anti-arc door.It is significant for the automation of the anti-arc steel seal sealing repair device.
