In recent years, the steel framework system composed by concrete-filled Squared Tubular Column to Steel Beam has become an important development direction, and the performance of the column to beam is most important in this framework system. The node both must be reliable, can transmission bending moment and shearing force effectively under each kind of load, and must be advantageous to the construction and the scene operation. At present are few regarding this structure system joint for studying. Based on the project of TeDa CBD in Tianjin, this paper summarizes domestic and foreign researches about concrete-filled Squared Tubular Column to Steel Beam Connection, and study four kind of nodes by integrating the methods of experimental and theoretical analysis. The main research content and the achievement are as follows:1) Six full-scale specimens belonging to four kinds are designed. By low-cyclic reversed load test which exert load on the end of column, this method is used for the first time in domestic. Introduced various test samples destruction process and the destruction characteristic. Based on the measured hysteretic hoops, this paper makes a thorough comparing analysis on the index of seismic behavior such as load-carrying capacity of the joint, ductility, energy dissipation, strength degeneration and rigidity degeneration. The analysis results show that if the welds reliably the joint in this paper possess good earthquake resistant capacity and high supporting capacity. The supporting capacity enhanced when welding doubling plate in both sides of flange. The yield capacity and stiffness can be increased by the concrete filled in the tube2) Uses finite element analysis software ANSYS to carry on the non-linear simulation analysis to various test samples stress, then take contrast analysis of theoretical analysis result and test result, The analysis results show that the theoretical analysis result and the test result tally good. The result of nonlinear FEM analyses can show the stress distribution in the joints better, so that it provides the possibility to patch up the defects that couldn't observe in experiments in the details. As well as influence regarding joint stress performance by change each kind of parameter.3) According to experimental and theoretical analysis result, improved measures for designing and manufacturing are presented, meanwhile suggested a new outlook for new joint research.
