| Since several years ago,The state has given priority to promote the application of steel structure prefabricated residence in architectural engineering,The structure has small size and area,and can be flexibly arranged in residence.It has good application value and gradually gets people’s affirmation in the society.In this paper,the frame,L-shaped composed of center and end square steel tubes,battened plates and concrete,which are used to analyze the seismic energy dissipation capacity.In order to study the frame with different types,two 1/2 scale quasi-static tests of frames are made and completed.The two frames are lattice composite column frame(battened plate is equidistant along the column body,the total length accounts for 60% of the column body length)and solid web composite column frame(battened plate is arranged along the full length of the column body).In the test,the destructive phenomena of the two-story steel beam occurred earlier than the first floor,and the composite column did not fail until the end of the test.The failure phenomenon of the two frames were basically the same.Based on the analysis of the strain data,the stress of the central steel tube is similar to that of the adjacent limb column,which indicates that the batten plate has good force transfer performance and good synergy with each limb column.Due to improve the stiffness of single leg column with the increase of concrete filled in the solid web frame,the bearing capacity of frame is obviously enhanced,It can be demonstrated from datas that solid frame is better than the lattice frame in seismic performance.Based on results of the experimental study and the simulation,on the premise of a high degree of agreement between them,the parametric simulation analysis of the two frames have been studied by using ABAQUS.The mechanical performance of frames structure under different axial compression ratio,linear stiffness and section form are investigated.At the same time,it is necessary for two frames to compare the various performances under the same conditions.The simulation results conclude that both of the frames have good performances on ductility and absorbing energy Under the influence of ratio,with the increase of different ratios,the ultimate bearing capacity of the frame structure reduce.The two frames with different structural forms are subject to the phenomenon of buckling at both ends of the beam,The steel beam is damaged and twisted around the weak axis,and the bearing capacity of frames are gradually reduced to 0.85 times of the ultimate load with the increase of cycle displacement;the change of beam column linear stiffness has an impact on the ultimate load of the solid web frame Through the comparison of cross-section forms,the mechanical performances of frames in different forms are explored,the theoretical analysis of frame structure is improved,and it is necessary for weak parts to take measures. |
