The Research And Desicn Of Permanent Motor Control Systerm For Washing Machine

As a primary kind of white appliances, washing machine is used more than other household electrical machines in domestic life. It is developing towards the trends of multi-functions, energy saving and low noises because of its high energy consumption. On the current market, most pulsator or drum washing machines adopt single-phase capacitor-driven asynchronous motor or AC series excited motor as the adjustable-speed motor, which suffers from the weaknesses of low efficiency, big noise, low reliability and maintenance problems. Based on practical applications, this thesis proposes a new adjustable-speed motor drive control method:that the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) with three Hall sensors detecting the rotor position. Compared with the square-wave brushless DC motor, the sine-wave permanent magnet synchronous motor improves greatly in noise and vibration, and retains the low-cost position detection method in the brushless DC motor.Firstly, the paper establishes the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor, and proposes a rotor position estimation method based on the three Hall signals for permanent magnet synchronous motor. Then the possible estimation error to rotor position is analyzed and achieve sine wave voltage drive control algorithms of permanent magnet synchronous motor is achieved.Secondly the paper designs the hardware and the software of the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system, which can satisfy the performance requirements for the pulsator washing machine. It puts emphasis on the hardware design of control panel module, driver power supply circuit module, drive module and communication module, and the software design of washing, dehydration, water, drainage and other functional modules.Based on the completed hardware and software, the permanent magnet synchronous motor drive control system for the pulsator washing machine is installed and experimented. The designs and analysises of drive control system for the pulsator washing machine is proved.
