The research focused on Piezoelectric Solid-State Micro-machined Modal Gyroscope. Some theoretical simulation results showed us the signal detection and measurement of the electrical system and the process for reduce the noise signal. Angular velocity of the gyroscope principle and its structure has been designed by significant software and the piezoelectric materials have been produced. According to previous research, the gyroscope's detection method and the problem of signal noise, as well as the characteristics of the circuit board need to be solved. The characteristics of signal detection and the gyroscope's detection circuit summarize the detection circuit theory and specific circuit implementations have also been introduced. Then, the piezoelectric mode of solid low-noise circuit and analyzed the types of noise exist in the circuit combined with practical application of a theoretical treatment of the noise has been studied. And a low noise amplifier had been made in application mode. This paper also describes the experimental circuit of this type of gyroscope's production process. Made the circuit needs to deal with the difficulties faced by the function and analyzes the performance characteristics. And the performance of the noise reduction also needs to be strengthened. Demonstrated the reasonableness of the circuit design and introduced into practical application of the circuit layout. Finally, the study also recorded in the experiment. The experiments'process has been divided into testing functional modules of the circuit and verification work on the gyroscope running on the experiment results. This part proved the system has reached the design objectives. Through this research, the Piezoelectric Solid-State Micro-machined Modal Gyroscope's research methods had been described and help design the same type of gyroscope in future design work.
