With the "energy-saving and emission reduction" policies deepening implemented ,to improve the performance and economic indicators of the unit in power generation business, and ensure the units safe, highly efficient and stably operating become the top priority of business survival. Boiler combustion efficiency changes case combustion instability and a greater fluctuation in the parameters, may result in lower boiler efficiency, and even lead to security incidents. Therefore, In search of a better control strategies and control variables is the key to the current Combustion optimization.Based on the analysis of the work of predecessors, A control concept that combines the stability and robustness of the state of observation variables, and rapid and sensitivity of the radiation signal to radiation signal involved in the control with observer form. So for the characteristics of Boiler ,in CPI, YaoMeng power generation ,units 2nd, 300MW double-furnace boiler ,and operating characteristics, use the actual working conditions as the sample data, identify the function of fuel and radiation, radiation and vapor pressure. Then design the state observer with identified system architecture, The signal integration of radiation signal and observation, it contain fast and accurate characteristics of radiation signal and the stability characteristics of observer control system. After simulation the state observer control system and power plant control system in used, with SIMULINK Simulation Toolkit, compared study of the performances, and find that the observer control system improve a certain quality and can effectively improve the reliability and stability of radiation signal involved in control.Radiate signal then state observing form control applied to combustion optimization control system and reconstruct a new control method for boiler combustion, in CPI,YaoMeng unit 2nd. The total air volume directly affects the safety and economic of boiler operation, it is important to adjust the parameters. In ensuring the stability of combustion, by adjusting the total air volume to reduce the loss .,thereby enhancing the combustion efficiency, with good economic and practical engineering value. Application of the control show the effect and practical.
