The durative Research and Development of new pattern energy saving technologies combine with our country's characteristics of construction technologies is the necessary condition to reduce the construction energy consumption. Base on this perspective CABR combines the cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor, radiant heating and cooling and air sending air-condition together creationarily and puts forward the technology called Air Conditioning Floor with Energy Storage (ACFES). CABR has handed over the application of invention patent to the State Intellectual Property Office of P.R.China.The essential of this patent is the using of cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor's cavum as the air sending channels of air-condition. Via this technology we can heating and cooling the room area by sending air and the radiation of the floor whose temperature is lowered or increased by the sending air with certain temperature. This paper chiefly researches the temperature change of the concrete floor that is influenced by the sending air with certain temperature and the heating or cooling capability of the sending air. By doing that we can understand how much corresponding quantity of heating and cooling is by the sending air with certain parameters. By predominating coupling relationship of floor surface temperature, sending air parameters, original floor temperature, location of sending air exits and indoor heating, cooling and moisture load we can confirm the sending air scheme of using ACFES. At the same time ACFES is little different from he cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor structurally. The structural reliability of ACFES needs to be validated ulteriorly.The research of this paper makes use of stimulant calculation by the software. This kind of method has been used more and more widely in the field of construction structure, machine manufacture, spaceflight and so on. The method has been exerting important function in the exploitation of new technologies and manufactures. We can get preferable reappearances and calculation results of many kinds of project conditions by using simulation software.The paper first researches the floor temperature changes influenced by the sending air with certain temperature. The process belongs to solid heat conduction problem. The flow of the sending air through channels in the floor belongs to forced turbulence flow. We can calculate the convection heat exchange coefficient between sending air and channels surface and radiation heat exchange coefficient of floor surface. The third kind boundary condition heat conduction problem can be solved and we can understand the changes of the floor surface temperature influenced by the sending air with certain temperature.Secondly, the paper researches indoor heating and cooling by the sending air. The paper puts forward a standpoint that heating and cooling by ACFES should be carried through by stages. Take a room that needs to be heated or cooled 8 hours a day continuously as an example, the number of stages should be 2. All indoor loads are taken away by the sending air at the first stage. Radiate floor surface takes a part of loads at the second stage.At last, we outfit the reinforcing steel bars for the model according to the standards and calculate displacement and stress of the floor that is acted certain loads on. According to the calculation results floor displacement and stress can satisfy the criterion request.Topically, ACFES can satisfy the structural criterion request. It can air-condition with higher sending air temperature and heating with lower temperature at the lower speed. Accordingly the energy consumption of air-condition system can be reduced. The method of simulation is reasonable and credible in the Research and Development of ACFES. The calculation of analysis completed by the paper is pathbreaking. The processes and results of calculation lay a foundation for the farther researches.
