Design On Smart Test Diagnosis Technology Of Electirc Control Box

Regarding a certain model equipment as the engineering backgrounded, design and realization based on relativity model and database technique in fault diagnosis for equipment is introduced in this thesis.At first,the method of fault diagnosis based on relativity model and IETM_TEAMS is introduced,and bring up a method for two kinds of diagnosis methods organism join togethering using at fault dictionary,in order to realize test diagnosis.Then the whole structure and process of system, Data collectiong system, Vxworks software, TEAMS software he are designed. BP(Back Propagation) model which is used most extensive and validity is chose,for standard BP algorithm converges slowly and is easy to trap in local minimum,it uses improvement way LMBP(Levenberg Marquardt BP),in order to make nets break away from direction of negative gradient and converge rapidly.Adopting database technique at building repository benefit to management and search of fault knowledge.Finally,the system is test and result is satisfying.The research benefit to application value and theories meaning.
