| Because of its excellent performance,artillery has become the main force of the army’s medium and long-range suppression.The firepower system is a subsystem with a high probability of artillery failure,and its performance directly affects the combat effectiveness of the artillery.In this paper,a research on the fault diagnosis method of a certain type of artillery firepower system is carried out,which lays the foundation for the development of artillery fault diagnosis equipment.By analyzing the working principle of this type of artillery firepower system,the function,structure and failure law of main components,using the analysis method of FMEA,the failure mode and failure cause statistics table of this type of artillery firepower system is summarized,and the characteristic parameters of the failure state are extracted;The characteristic parameters of the fault state are analyzed,and the selection analysis of the corresponding monitoring sensors is carried out;The key technology of fault state characteristic parameter detection is mainly studied.A multithreshold feature signal extraction method based on hybrid filtering is proposed,which solves the problem of feature signal extraction in the emission environment;A detection model of the body tube wall temperature based on heat dissipation compensation and heat conduction is established,which solves the problem of body tube wall temperature detection;A cradle barrel gap detection model based on four pivot points is established,which can realize high-precision measurement of the cradle barrel gap.At the same time,according to the field test conditions,a simplified method is proposed,which can meet the detection requirements of the gun.The difficulty of fault diagnosis of this type of artillery firepower system and the applicability of several fault diagnosis methods to artillery firepower system are analyzed.According to the characteristic parameters of the fault state of this type of artillery firepower system,a non-fuzzy input quantity firepower system fault tree analysis and diagnosis model and a fuzzy input quantity firepower system fault tree analysis and diagnosis model are established respectively.Through multi-parameter joint analysis and fuzzy logic-based diagnostic analysis method,fault diagnosis for this type of artillery firepower system can be achieved.The functional requirements of the fault diagnosis software of this type of artillery firepower system are analyzed.The detailed workflow,main function modules and interface of the fault diagnosis software are designed and the troubleshooting software is developed.Through the simulation test method,the fault information of this type of artillery firepower system is established.Simulate fault state characteristic parameter signals of parameters such as recoil displacement under conventional and complex conditions.At the same time,the detailed process of processing and analysis using the fault diagnosis software developed in this paper is introduced.The simulation test shows that the fault diagnosis results are consistent with the expert system diagnosis results. |
