Vibrate feeding machines are very important devices, it normally were used in mining industry to separate or clean and feeding ore and light industry to automatic feeding or assembly line. Vibrator is the most important part of vibrate feeding devices, which determines the workplace and performance of the devices, so it is one of the hot fields in the world. Through analyzing the faults of the traditional types of vibrator and the pneumatic power transmission theory analysis, this thesis design of a new type pneumatic vibrator and applied it in vibrating feeder system. Finally, the pneumatic vibratory system was analyzed by simulation experiments.Using valve-controlled pneumatic cylinder principle and borrowing the form of hydraulic vibration generator, we give a design plan of the pneumatic vibrator, establish mathematic models of these kinds of valve-controlled pneumatic cylinder, and theoretically analyzes the influence of parameter on pneumatic power transmission system through the computer simulations.The new type of the valve-controlled and one-piece pneumatic vibrator for vibrating feeder was designed by borrowing the form of hydraulic vibration generator. The pneumatic actuator and the control element of the vibrator were detailedly designed.We Applied the vibrator in vibrating feeder and established mathematic models of the vibration system, and Established simulation model with Matlab/Simulink software. The influence of parameter on pneumatic vibratory system was analyzed by controling the initial simulation parameters.Through resolving the motion of materials in the bowl, we obtained the critical value of amplitude and frequency in different movement state. A formula to compute the feeding speed is given. Based on this conclusion, the influence of systerm parameter on movement state of materials was analyzed by simulation experiments.Based on the above analysis. This thesis solves the existing problems of the vibrator, implements the performance of the vibratory feeder, and enlarged the application area.
