By studying the engine speed algorithm and intake air mass flow measurement model of Honda CG-125 single-cylinder four-stroke engine electronic controlled fuel injection system, this paper was to lay the foundation to develop the variable-stroke engine electronic control unit.Based on the electronic controlled fuel injection system of single-cylinder four-stroke engine, the subject matched the engine with and the electronic controlled system, and analysised fuel injection control strategies in the electronic control unit to establish engine speed arithmetic and intake air mass flow measurement model and basic fuel injection pulse map apply to variable-stroke engine electronic controlled fuel injection system.At the part of experiment, determine the overall layout and the relevant parts specifications of electronic control fuel injection system and built a soft and hard platform with these functions of real-time monitoring, fuel-controlled and parameter adjustment. Then, complete the matching and calibration work of the electronic controlled engine combined with the bench test, establish engine speed and crank angle arithmetic; In the simulation, according to the intake air mass flow measurement model and the injector mass flow characteristic equation, calculate the basic fuel injection pulse width and refine the intake air mass flow measurement model using the software of Simulink; in the analysis of strategy, simulate the fuel injection control logic at the start-warm up mode, steady mode and transient mode and get the injection pulse or the data of air fuel ratio corresponded to the specific engine mode.The results showed that the fuel injection pulse data at steady-state closed-loop control mode was trended to the actual fuel injection, the change of air fuel ratio at transient mode embodiments the fuel fill compensate. They both fully verify the feasibility of the injection strategy, which apply to the development of electronic control unit variable-stroke engine.as well as corresponded intake air mass flow measurement model.
