With the development of national economy and increasing the quantity of automobile, the volume of production and marketing of motorcycle in CHINA is ranked the top in world, and the volume of the export ranked the second in the world. The motorcycle has already become the most globalization characteristic electronic product. Our country has become a big country of mobile car and the total amount of the mobile's exhausts also increase continuously. The motorcycle's emission problems become more and more serious with the increase of motorcycle's quantity. Most of carburetor motorcycle can't reach the new emission control regulation.The paper researches the motorcycle's administrative system MicroEMS, which provide the experimental support of the injection and the ignition advance angel. It is very difficult to measure quite high exact value of atmospheric pressure. This paper introduces a new mathematic model that aims to obtain the intake pressure and the injection fuel of the engine cycle. This question is solved by programming use the software MAPLE. At the same time, this paper set up a three-dimensional model, then analyzed and calculated of conducting cylinder heat transmission through software MATLAB and COSMOS. A mathematic model initial injection pulse-width is set up according to the quality's continuousness and the energy conservation law. We can get the initial injection pulse-width MAP graph of the motorcycle's EFI system, and the results showed well consistent with the stand experimental results which had applied to the domestic 125ml motorcycle gasoline engine.A mathematic model of basic ignition advance angel is built according to double-district burn model and the turbulent flame behavior propagation model. Through the emulational calculation, we can get the initial ignition advance angel MAP graph of the motorcycle's EFI system, and the results also showed well consistent with the stand experimental results which adopted the domestic 125ml motorcycle gasoline engine. It was proved that the result of simulation was accurate. All the researches provided the guidance for future research on the prime MAP graph of the motorcycle's EFI system.
