The horizontal axis wind-driven generator can be divided into two kinds: one is cone tube tower, and the other is lattice wind turbine. At present, there are lots of studies about cone tube tower, this tower's security and safety is better, but the total steel quantity is large. What's more, under strong wind force, the cone tube tower is easy to generate wind vibration phenomenon. However, the lattice wind tower turbine has connected by limb columns, and its whole shape shows space grid, as a result, wind load can directly penetrate the tower, avoid wind loads tower vibration prone, given its force-undertaken superiority, it is necessary to analyze lattice wind tower turbine.In this thesis,the research object is lattice wind turbine of steel tube filled with concrete , by using the finite element software ANSYS as analysis platform. First, according to the geometric parameters and mechanical characteristics of lattice wind tower, made the preliminary design of tower. Second, Study the conduct modal of lattice wind tower, using ANSYS analysis the deformation and stress of tower under different load combination, find the force weak positions of this constitutive type. Under static wind loads situation, the tower can work safety, the control indicators, column top displacement, can be in allowed range. At the same time, the factors which influent the tower's natural inherent frequency, and the tower won't occur resonance, modal analysis just consider tower first-order natural frequency. Third, the stability of lattice wind tower is analyzed under different load combination, the tower instability and failure form, so as to determine the critical load for reliability design and optimization provides basis for reliability. use ANSYS to find out the factors which will affect tower inherent frequency, and the related factors were analyzed. The result is that through the tower buckling performance analysis, get that the stress weak regions, illustrate the factors affect the stability, reliability of tower, and provide design basis for lattice wind tower.The work of this paper can provide some references and suggestions for the design of lattice concrete-filled wind tower turbine.
