| Fiber reinforced composites (FRP) reinforced concrete structure is a more convenient method of reinforcement.And because this material resistant to corrosion, construction of simple and quick, almost does not change the size of the original structure, characteristics, structure reinforcement at home and abroad in recent years has been gradually applied, with good economic returns. But the single-fiber composite reinforced concrete structure reinforcement efficiency is relatively low, and now the most used carbon fiber materials have great shortcomings, in order to ensure proper capacity building elements in the premise, not only been strengthened to increase the plastic components, but also can improve economic efficiency, we use carbon fiber and glass fiber layers according to certain proportion to reinforce inter-mixed concrete.Brittle carbon fiber, high cost, while the glass fiber of soft, cheap, made from them, hybrid composites can improve the toughness of carbon fiber composite materials and significantly reduce the cost of carbon fiber composites. Based on the above aspects into account, this paper uses CFRP (carbon fiber) / GFRP (glass fiber) layer of cloth between the hybrid fiber reinforced concrete.To study the use of CFRP (carbon fiber) / GFRP (glass fiber) layer of cloth between the hybrid fiber reinforced concrete structures is reasonable, this paper combines theoretical analysis and experimental methods, carried out targeted CFRP / GFRP hybrid fiber layer sheets of reinforced concrete beams, beams obtained through experiments cracking load, yield load, ultimate load, deflection and the load - strain curve, failure type. The results showed that: reinforced beams after the average strain distributions in the plane section assumption; use of CFRP / GFRP hybrid fiber cloth layer to improve the bearing capacity of concrete beams reinforced method is effective; reinforcement ratio of the test hybrid materials affect the flexural capacity of beams; bottom and side concrete beams strengthened with FRP paste can serve the purpose to improve the flexural capacity. Through theoretical analysis and the proposed CFRP / GFRP hybrid between layers of concrete beams strengthened with FRP approximate calculation method for the engineering practice can provide a design reference. |
