Using high-power ultrasonic to remove blocking is a new technology developed in recent years to increase the outputs of oil wells. Through the ultrasonic processing production wells, injection wells and oil layer near the wells to relieve blocking of production wells and injection wells. It is significant to the improvement of Production and oil recovery. High-power ultrasonic power as the key equipment, its performance quality directly related to the success of removing. Therefore, the research of high-power ultrasonic power is important and has good market value.In this paper, ultrasonic removal power have been studied and improved in view of problems in output power, output frequency and frequency tracking, etc. The scheme design of multilevel inverter is set up to realize the output waveform is ladder wave, and which improve the output power and reduce the harmonic losses. According to conduction characteristics and switching characteristics of IGBT and MOSFET, using a new combination of the two devices in parallel, greatly reducing conducting loss and shut up loss and improve the efficiency and reliability. Using combination of current searching and PLL, achieving large frequency tracking range, high precision, and ensuring that the inverter operating frequency tracks the load resonant frequency synchronously, greatly improving the system stability.Designed the main circuit which based on topological structure of two H bridge inverter unit cascade. Through the comparison and calculation of main circuit, determines the device types. In the design of control system in ultrasonic removal power, the hardware control system based on TMS320LF2407A is designed, including sampling circuit, protective circuit, Phase detection circuit, power control circuit,driving circuit and so on.Based on the hardware design, using the improvement, wide, square modulation schemes, the phase-shifting PWM control program is compiled. The combination of current searching type and phase-locked loop type closed-loop frequency tracking program is designed; After demonstration and analysis of various power adjustment, the program of closed loop power regulation based on the PID algorithm is designed.On the basis of the theoretical analysis and circuit design, simulation and experiment were carried out. the result of simulation proved the design can greatly improve the ultrasonic power output voltage and power, reduce output harmonic content and the switch tube power loss, improve the working frequency of switch tube. Experimental results of the simulated device show that this design is better able to realize the automatic tracking, effectively avoid loss locks, obviously improve the working efficiency of the transducer and reduce the power loss of ultrasonic power.
