This paper has researched on high-frequency induction heating power supply.Adopting parallel resonant topology,a 20kHz/40kW supply has been designed which uses power IGBT as its switching devices.It introduced the history and the basic knowledge of induction heating technology,and the development of power devices and the induction heating,technology are introduced as well. compares the two basic resonant topologies and the parallel one is mainly focused.Its basic performing principle.Through the analysis of different operating states,it is pointed out that a capacitive quasi-resonant state is a safe and efficient working condition for a parallel inverter.A starting method is brought forward which switch the starting from separate exciting to self-exciting successfully;PLL(Phase Lock Loop) technology is employed to realize the frequency tracing and constant phase angle control;IGBT driving and protective circuit suitable for parallel inverter is developed,which successfully solve the problem of time compensating and overlapping regulation for the driving signals.It gives the power supply design which includes rectifier and inverter control,IGBT driver as well as protection circuit...
