(No: 50735002).Piezoelectric linear motors using piezoelectric ceramics have extreme precision, fast response, non-electromagnetic interference and high energy density, which make them wide applications in the field of nano-positioning and precision device driving and controlling technologies.On the purpose of developing piezoelectric linear motor with high resolution, wide frequency response and long stroke, a new type of piezoelectric linear motor based on non-resonant vibration was proposed in this paper, based on piezoelectric stacks of low driving voltage, high amplitude of displacement, large output force. The main research achievements were summarized as follows.The basic characteristics of piezoelectric stack were introduced. In order to get the foundation of motor design, about dynamic characteristic experiments of piezoelectric stack were carried out.A stator integrative design method was presented, a motor was designed which operating principle was analyzed and designed its structure in detail. The piezoelectric ceramics preloading was provided by the elastic deformed beam, the pre-pressure between the stator and mover was exerted by the leaf spring structure. The first prototype motor was made and experiment was initially tested, improved its existing problem and developed the second prototype motor. Experiment was carried again and better scheme was presented.A stator modularize design method was presented, a motor was designed by using two symmetry actuators structure, whose operating principle was analyzed and designed its structure in detail. The piezoelectric ceramics preloading was provided by the disk springs, using three column rollers to exert pre-pressure to the stator and mover. Two prototype motors were made by using two types of piezoelectric ceramics and experiment was initially tested. In accordance with the existing problem, an improved scheme was proposed.According to the second prototype motor of the stator integrative design and the two prototype motors of the stator modularize design experiments phenomenon and results, the two type motors were compared and the design method for new motor was presented. |
