Traditional impact piezoelectric motors are generally driven by saw-tooth wave voltage at quasi-static frequency range,which results in low move speed and output force compared with resonant motors.With harmonic vibration synthesis at inherent vibration modes,resonant impact piezoelectric motors compensated the defects of traditional impact piezoelectric motors,showing a great improvement of power output capability.In this paper,a resonant impact piezoelectric linear motor is proposed with asymmetric tuning-fork structure,which adopts the inertia drive structure.The tuning-fork structure of asymmetric piezoelectric cantilever beam is used to synthesize the approximate saw-tooth wave vibration in the resonant state by adjusting the component size parameters to match the resonant frequency ratio of the bending mode of the inertial mover.The main work and innovations includes:1.The basic structure of the resonant impact piezoelectric linear motor is proposed.The theoretical model of inertia mover is established,and the inherent vibration characteristics are analyzed.The matching method of resonant frequency is explored and the relationship between resonant characteristics and inertia qualities is analyzed.2.The structure of the resonant impact motor is designed and the finite element model of the inertial mover is established.The method of frequency matching by changing the mass of the reed magnet is simulated and analyzed,and the structural parameters of the inertial mover when frequency ratio satisfying 1:2 are determined.3.The dynamic equation of the resonant impact motor is established.Simulation model of MATLAB/Simulink is designed and parameters of the model are determined.The vibration characteristics of the inertial mover and driving characteristics of the motor under quasi-static and resonant impact modes are simulated and analyzed.4.Prototype is manufactured and platform is built.The vibration characteristics of single reed and inertial mover are tested,and the motion characteristics of the prototype driven by resonant and quasi-static impact are compared.Experiments show that the speed of the resonant impact motor is greatly improved.This paper enriches the structure of resonant impact piezoelectric motor,and further expands the theoretical,simulation,and experimental analysis methods of piezoelectric motor.
