It`s possible for a morphing wing to change the shape and thus the optimum aerodynamic performance can be achieved for the aircraft during the whole flight missions. As a very important branch in the field of aerofoil structure design, morphing wing has been successfully used in fighters, bombers and unmanned aircraft at present. in the 1980s, the world's major military powers tried to make it a priority strategic development of technology, and specify and implemented a series of long-term and medium-term plan.As compared with serial mechanism,parallel mechanism has many advantages such as simple and compact structure, large load-bearing capacity, etc. based on the above advantages, Parallel mechanism have it`s unique advantages as linkage of morphing wing. At present, some aircraft with morphing wing, such as F-14, BlackJack etc just have one Degree of freedom. more than just one Degree of freedom make Parallel mechanism possible in enlarging the Application Fields of morphing wing.Traditional 3-RPS Parallel mechanism is based on 6-SPS or Stewart platform.It has 3 Degrees of independent freedom include 2 independent rotational freedom and one independent translational freedom. Through the improved 3-RPS bodies, without changing its independent degrees of freedom,the new structure closer to the wing section in shape and the special forward solution easier to solve. Therefore it can be successfully applied as connect mechanism to adaptive wing.This work includes the following section :(1) Through the simplification of 6-SPS, ignoring the less important degrees of freedom, 3RPS is one of the best connect mechanism of morphing wing. Based on classic 3-RPS mechanism, the new structure closer to the wing section in shape ,so it can be successfully applied as connect mechanism to adaptive wing.(2) The development of parallel mechanism was introduced, and the inverse solution of improved 3-RPS parallel mechanism were derived, and a simple analysis of the law of its motion to the movement of the wing of the institution have a full understanding , and thus is conducive to the effects of the actual path planning;(3) compare the advantages and disadvantages of several implementations, Select the final experimental program and make physical models,then validator their effect by manual.(4) Using NI Labview visual programming software companies with peripheral equipment, the telemetering and command system of the adaptive wing has good visibility. All electrical control design makes the system easy to upgrade;(5) In considering the structure of the workspace based on the geometrical parameters are optimized.At the same time,taking into the system load to bear, the components of the structure were optimized. The new design is proposed on the basis of it`s satisfactory optimal result.
