Bionic flapping-wing air vehicle is a new type of aircraft designed by imitating flying creatures in nature.It has the advantages of good aerodynamic performance,high maneuverability and good concealment,so it has great research value and application space.The traditional bionic flapping-wing air vehicle mainly bionics the basic flight performance of flying creatures,the active morphing bionic flapping-wing air vehicle further imitates the deformable wing characteristics of flapping wing flying creatures,thus improving the bionic degree and flight performance of the aircraft.Based on the deformable flight mechanism of birds and bats,the structural design and analysis of the active morphing bionic flapping-wing air vehicle were carried out in this paper.The aerodynamic characteristics of the wing movement process were simulated and analyzed.The designed active morphing bionic flapping-wing air vehicle was processed and manufactured.Specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,the physiological structure,flight mechanism and active wing deformation process of large flying creatures such as birds and bats are analyzed and studied,and the factors affecting flight performance of flapping wing system are analyzed and summarized.Secondly,starting from the bionics principle,the structure design and analysis of the flapping wing system of active morphing bionic flapping-wing air vehicle are carried out,including the driving structure of the flapping wing,active morphing wing and tail wing.Mathematical modeling and kinematic analysis of the six-bar folding mechanism and the eight-bar folding mechanism were carried out,and the specific parameters of the structure of each part of the flapping wing system were designed.The kinematic simulation of the folding mechanism was carried out by ADAMS software.Thirdly,by using the method of Computational Fluid Dynamics,the aerodynamic characteristics of active morphing bionic flapping-wing air vehicle are simulated and analyzed.An unequal flapping motion model of the wings was established,and the influence of different flapping times and pitch angles on the wing's lift resistance characteristics was analyzed with Fluent dynamic grid technology.The velocity cloud diagram and pressure cloud diagram of wing movement were analyzed.Finally,the flapping wing driving mechanism and the wings were integrated,and the active morphing bionic flapping-wing air vehicle with six-bar wing and the active morphing bionic flapping-wing air vehicle with eight-bar wing were designed.The two prototypes were processed and made respectively,and the flight experiments were carried out on the physical prototypes.The experimental results show that the two prototypes have good folding and flapping performance,among which the active morphing bionic flapping-wing air vehicle with six-bar active deformation wing has achieved short flight.
