Switched Reluctance Motor (SRM) takes on the merits,such as simple structure,convinient to control,excellent performance,etc. With the further development of power electronic technology and control theory,SRM has been widely used in many fields,becomes more prominent in alternating current drive system. Flux linkage is the main basis of the optimal design and improvement of performance.Because of the special structrue of rotor, which results in the complex non-linear relationship of flux linkage,rotor intersection angle of lop and current. It is hard to get the precise flux linkage model.Detection of flux linkage has attracted more attention.Accurate position detection is necessary support of the operation of SRM.Position detection is usually done through the position sensor, but the installment of position sensor weakened the system reliability and improved the economic costs, therefore, position sensorless SRM control becomes an important research direction of electrotechnology in recent years.This study contacts with the two research focus on SRM, based on the dSPACE real-time simulation system using the indirect of detection of flux linkage to test the prototype; based on the detection of flux linkage.Based on the measuring flux linkage,we proceed the theoretical research and experimental validation on an indirect detection of rotor position under characteristic position simplified flux model. First ,Based on the large number of documentation at home and abroad , this study gives a general retrospect toward the development of SRM,an introduction on the three main methods to obtain the detection principle of flux linkage and the current eight methods of indirect rotor position detecting ,then analyse and compare of the advantages and disadvantages of each method. The subject adopts the indirect method of detection of flux.Because of the disadvantages of the traditional MCU, DSP and other digital processors, we try to realized measuring flux linkage the based on the dSPACE platform. We used the electromagnetic finite element software JMAG-Studio to establish two-dimensional finite element model of the prototype and calculated the flux curve, which was proved more accurate by comparison; we established the two-dimensional finite element model to calculate the prototype mutual inductance and studied the characteristics of the mutual inductance to the flux.The simulation result showed that the impact of prototype mutual inductance on the flux is negligible.As the characteristic position simplified flux model to proceed indirect detection of rotor position,we established the MATLAB / Simulink model to estimate the two kind of rotor position: middle or low speed by hysteresis loop current chopping mode and rated speed by angular position controlmode.The simulation results show that the proposed strategy is theoretically feasible and accurate.Finally, based on the dSPACE test platform and the above theoretical analysis, a series of experimental research are conducted to validate.
