The structure of aircraft power supply system has important effect on system reliability, redundant and fault-tolerant power supply ability. Research of power supply system structure, improving mission reliability and its simulation experiments are essential parts of trunk-line power supply system designing.This paper takes the structure and simulation technology of trunk-line power supply system as research object, the mainly work can be concluded as follows:Firstly, the structure of trunk-line power supply system is studied. According to the redundant and fault-tolerant power supply ability requirements, a trunk-line electric network structure is designed based on the hybrid power supply structure, under the study of customary aircraft power supply structure, and the AC and DC network reconstruction logic is then established in considering the normal, abnormal states of power sources and contactors.Secondly, the reliability of power supply system is analyzed. According to the comparison of various reliability analysis methods, the Ahmad algorithm that can calculate disjoint paths directly is choosen for the reliability calculation. This algorithm is so efficient that it can be supplied to this network. The results that the unreliability of the essential buses is only 0.04 percent under the continuous operation of 200-hours show that the designed network fits the design standard quite well.Then, a simulation model based on LabVIEW was designed for reducing the design cost and time. By simulating the fault state of the units in this system, the power reconfiguration course of the structure can be viewed directly. Both the correctness about the power supply logic and the fault-tolerant ability of this power supply system were proved.Finally, a structure simulation verification platform was built, which combined multi digital control and detection with multi analog data acquisition together. By simulating the real aircraft power supply system and its fault protection reconfiguration course, the fault-tolerant ability and the non-interrupt power supply performance of this power sypply system are achieved. Finally, the feasibility of this designed power supply structure is confirmed.
