In recent years,the rapid development of high-speed railway puts higher demands on power dispatchers.For a long time,dispatchers can only rely on the emergency disposal plan to remember fault disposal measures.This method has a long training period and poor results.Therefore,the development of "Power Supply Dispatching Operation and Fault Disposal Simulation System for High-speed Railway" is chosen as the research direction.The simulation system is divided into three parts:monitoring simulation,communication simulation and power supply management,and their respective design ideas and working principles are elaborated.According to the situation of Changsha-Kunming,the simulation model of the Changsha-Kunming Passenger Dedicated Line traction power supply system based on MATLAB/Simulink software was built.The output fault files of traction power supply system when different types of short-circuit faults occur are obtained.The virtual environment is provided for "Changsha-Kunming Passenger Dedicated Line Power Supply Dispatching Simulation System",and the simulation sample is provided for the simulative relay protection module.The communication simulation platform and power supply management platform were developed based on Microsoft Visual C++6.0.These two platforms,as the supporting platform of the system,mainly implement background function and editing function of the system.In the communication simulation platform,the simulation of secondary equipments and communication are realized.In the power management platform,the hierarchical management and visual editing of equipment are realized.The two platforms above are configured according to the actual situation.In the simulation system developed,the test questions of emergency disposal process for T-line short-circuit fault of Changsha-Kunming Passenger Dedicated Line were edited,realizing all disposal operations during the process and providing the training function of the simulation system.The simulation system established by computer simulation technology is quite similar to the power dispatching system used in actual work.It provides a training platform for them to master daily operations and emergency disposal process of various faults,and provides a experimental platform for studying the best solution of some rare faults in addition.The simulation system researched and developed in this paper is of great significance to improving the operation ability of high-speed railway power dispatchers.
