Due to the shortage of fossil fuel and the environmental crisis,nations all over the world begin to pay more attentions to the renewable energy sources (RES). But,most of the RES have random and intermittent characteristics,so it will bring critical effect to grid if large scale RES is integreted. Hybrid system combined photovoltaic and wind power together with energy storage devices can develop each energy advantages and raise the whole system's stability. So it brings an effective way to integrate RES in grid.In this paper, the main components of HPS are chosed at first, including monometallism photovoltaic arrays,wind turbine with peramanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG),lithium iron phosphate battery, and super capacitor. According to their characteristics, a DC-bus compling topology with full bridge inverter is chosed as the system's structure. Later, a matching control structure is desined with the conference of a hierarchical control architecture which has applicated in Europe Microgrids Project.Then, the control methods of PMSG and PV output power are studied. As to PMSG, the wind turbine model is analysized, and maximum wind energy capture theory is presented. Then typical MWEC methods are introduced and power feedback method is implemented in PMSG. Finaly, the stability of power feedback method is analysized and the stability prerequisites are shown.As to the PV power's MPPT control, some typical algorithms are compared. And an improved P&Q method is presented in order to overcome P&Q method inherent shortcoming. Further more, both simulation and experimentation tests for the improved P&Q method are finished to confirm its availability. The results show that the improved P&Q method reduces the system's purtabtation obviously in sunshine irrodation changing solowly environment.Afterwards, the control circults of energy storage devices'interfaces and grid connected inverter are designed according to the energy management strategy and control architecture. After that, the system is established including hard comperents and control circults. Then the system's simulation model is built in Matlab/Simulink in order to check out the energy management strategy and control circult availabilities. The simulation results show that both the microsources and the energy storage devices have complementary advantages; the hybrid energy storage system work well in balancing the instantaneous power and supperling energy for a longer time; the energy management strategy achives the goal of quaranteeing the local load and buffering the pound to grid.
