In recent years, in pace with economic and development of city construction, many new structures appeared constantly. Because of light weight, high strength and construction fast steel structure used in large buildings especially in industrial and civil buildings.There are many construction methods for long-span steel structure, include traditional installation methods of steel structure such as aerial bulk method, slitting or block method, sliding method, integral lifting method and so on. The selections of construction method affect technical and economic indexes such as the quality of the project, the construction progress and cost. In such cases, construction area is widely, single component is heavy, limited space for steel structure project, slitting / block lifting with Walking crane in the floor is a good choice.This paper is in this context combined with Jiangbei international airport terminal and Xinqiao international airport terminal doing the following work:This paper describes the classification and application of walking tower crane, discusses the hoisting technology of walking tower crane setting in the floor including preparation before lifting, the assembly and disassembly of tower crane, the difference between traditional tower crane and walking tower crane.Research the stress condition of rail bearing components using theoretical calculation and software calculation, analysis the choice of bearing steel beams.With the examples of Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport analyzing the impact of concrete structure has been built on when the tower crane located in the floor, proposing the solution through the calculation and analysis bySAP2000,verifying the feasibility and reliability of floor reinforcement project With the examples of Xinqiao International Airport analyzing the structural safety When walking tower crane encountered wind load conditions through the calculation and analysis by SAP2000.The results of this paper provide a reference for similar projects...
