| The steel structure attachment device of tower crane was analyzed and designed by finite element theory,the steel structure design theory and modern design method of numerical analysis method.Under the conditions of the stability of tower crane,the theories of extra-long steel structure attachment device analysis and design methods were focused.This topic contains a number of construction technical problems.The steel structure attachment device of tower crane was analyzed and designed in this topic research mainly from the following three aspects:First of all,the attachment device’s force of tower crane was analyzed.The most dangerous working conditions were determined.Under the lifting beam 360°,above conditions and the flexible and rigid attachment,the mechanics models of three pole type,double side support four pole attachment and unilateral support four pole attachment were set up.The force calculation formula of attachment devices is deduced,and force of attachment devices were calculated by modern numerical analysis method.Secondly,the C6513-6F tower crane was taken as the research object.The whole mechanical properties of three pole type,double side support four pole attachment and unilateral support four pole attachment were studied by combining the methods of setting up mechanics modeling and numerical analysis method.Moreover,the relationship between the arrangement of bar and the force of attachment devices were studied.The methods how to determine the best arrangement of bar were found.And,it provided designers for the theoretical support,new methods and new ideas.Attachment devices belong to vertical and horizontal bending force model.The relationship between cross sections and maximum theory length of bar.Four common cross sections models of circular tube section,square pipe cross section,the triangle truss section andrectangular truss section were set up.And under the above four sections,the bars’ theoretical maximum length were found.It also provided designers for the theoretical support,new methods and new ideas.Finally,Taking extra-long and extra-long distance flexibility steel structure attachment device design of tower crane as a goal,a method of extra-long and extra-long distance flexibility steel structure attachment device design of tower crane was put forward by using finite element,the modern numerical analysis method and steel structure theory.Realized with TC6513-6F type tower crane with distance of 20 meters long wall with wall,the longest wall pole reaching 26.11 meters device design calculation.And the whole strength,stability,the deformation of which was analyzed by ANSYS.And finally get: the design meet the engineering requirements.Based on this,the methods of extra-long and extra-long distance flexibility steel structure attachment device design which is suitable for field use and processing manufacturing process. |
