Study And Application On After-sale Quality Loss Forecasting Method And Its Support System For General Machine Product

General machine products have the characteristics of complex structure, various in kind, large amount clients in wide range. Meanwhile, the products once emerging quality problem, it will cause serious tangible and intangible quality loss for the general machine manufacturer. Because of lacking of after-sale quality loss forecasting method, the majority of general machine manufacturers can't make evaluation and early warning for after-sale quality loss, which cause the after-sale quality loss can't be effectively controlled. Therefore, the majority of general machine manufacturers urgently need a kind of after-sale quality loss forecasting method and its support system to make fast evaluation and early warning for after-sale quality loss, so as to realize the effectively control of the quality loss. Combined with the issue and demand of after-sale quality loss for general machine products manufacturer, this dissertation will discuss and study the after-sale quality loss forecasting method and its support system for general machine product.Firstly, based on the analysis of after-sale quality loss control, status and needs, by means of analysing the influence factors of general machine products after-sale quality loss, establish the after-sale quality loss evaluation index system for general machine products and use AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) to calculate the weight vector of the evaluation index system. Subsequently, according to the evaluation index system and its weight vector, the after-sale quality loss evaluation and early warning method based on the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation and BP(Back Propagation) neural networks respectively was proposed.Secondly, based on the research in the key technologies of after-sale quality loss for general machine product, according to the general machine manufacturer's demand for after-sale quality loss rapid evaluation and early warning, a support system of general machine product after-sale quality loss forecasting was studied, which could realize fast evaluation and early warning control and analysis for after-sale quality loss. Meanwhile, the system architecture, function structure and running mode were studied.Finally, based on the above research, a set of after-sale quality loss forecasting support system was designed and developed. Simultaneously, the support system was implemented in a general machine product manufacturer in Chongqing and good results were obtained.
