Universal gasoline engines mainly refer to the mechanical equipments which are driven by thermal power, such as the general generators, pumps, lawn mower, etc. Universal gasoline engines have the features of complex structure and many types. It requests high working continuity, reliability and stability during the using process of universal gasoline engines. Once the product has the quality problem, customers request high to the timeliness of the after-sale quality feedback processing response. At present, the traditional serial processing method of the after-sale quality feedback information has resulted the problems of low processing efficiency and slow response and low customer satisfaction, and created serious economic loss and influence to the customers. So it is significant for universal gasoline manufactures to maintain and improve the customer satisfaction, thereafter enhance comprehensive capability of enterprises if the universal gasoline manufactures had realized the efficient and rapid processing for after-sale quality feedback information.First of all, based on the analysis about the present situation and requirements of universal gasoline engines after-sale quality feedback information processing, a kind of lifecycle networked collaborative processing mode for after-sale quality feedback information of universal gasoline engines was presented, and lifecycle networked collaborative processing support system for after-sale quality feedback information of universal gasoline engines's architecture, functions and running process were constructed. The system could support the after-sale quality feedback information accepting, acquisition, transmission, treatment and monitoring.Then, based on the researches above, the general technical framework of networked collaborative processing support system for after-sale quality feedback information of universal gasoline engines was set up. Some key technologies were studied, including after-sale quality feedback information lifecycle networked collaborative processing business process configuration and reusing based on Web Services, after-sale quality feedback information processing prompt transmission based on mobile communication interface, and networked collaborative processing dynamic monitoring.Finally, a set of life networked collaborative processing support system for after-sale quality feedback information of universal gasoline engines is developed and applied at a universal gasoline manufactures in Chongqing. The application result is good.
