In recent years, since the analysis of meteorological data is not in place, the power acciednts is frequently occurred for meteorological disasters, and inflicted huge economic losses. Reliability model of transmission and distribution line considering meteorological condition has been researched much more mainly from the off-line reliability assessment requirements of the power grid in the past research. But there are less research on the online risk analysis and early warning method of the distribution line. On the other hand, in the past distribution network reconfiguration, network loss or reliability is selected as the objective and dynamically choose different objective is not consiedered in the different meteorological condition, so that reconfiguration results satisfy the economic or reliability requirements. Based on this point, this thesis makes a study on the meteorological information method of distribution lines risk and distribution network reconfiguration mode selection, the detail work is as follows:â‘ Failure rate of meteorological conditions on the transmission and distribution line is analyzed and the meteorological forewarning system is elaborated. This paper proposes the condition-objective correlation reconfiguration idea for distribution network based on meteorological information and risk assessment. Reconfiguration objective is related-match by current environment condition, it adopts economic target when distribution network at the low-risk and adopt reliability target when distribution at the high-risk, so that maximum utilization of meteorological information, efficiently make the reconfiguration benefit.â‘¡The key of risk assessment is the accuracy of the fundamental datas. The past fault rate model of distribution line is only considered under different meteorological condition, it is neglected the difference with different meteorological grades at the same meteorological factor. In view of the complexity and variability of meteorological factors, this paper presents a fault rate model of distribution line under different meteorological condition with different meteorological grades.â‘¢This paper proposes a risk analysis method for distribution line considering multiple meteorological factors based on gray fuzzy theory. This method takes eight meteorological condition as an evaluation standard, and establishes risk degree evaluation system for distribution line including four evaluation grades.Triangular membership function is built up to describe the fuzzy relation among evaluation factors and risk grades, and the incredible degree of fuzzy relation is described by gray scale value of pixel. On this basis the gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is conducted, and the evaluation result closer to the practice is achieved, providing basis for distribution line risk warning and maintenance strategy.â‘£Meteorological area of distribution lines is divided into n categories. The fault rate of distribution line is considered as a dynamic parameter and changed with the different meteorological condition, which dynamically confirm the best reconfiguration mode, and solves the irrationality of fault rate as a fixed value. Analysis of the examples shows its validity mentioned above.
