In our country, especially in the wind-power assembly enterprises, the technology of assembly line balancing has not penetrated into production management. As the assembly line is unbalanced, the efficiency is very low and the waste is very serious. How to ensure wind-power assembly enterprises advanced production management mode and high production efficiency to use limited resources to create more social value and economic benefits become a research emphasis. Therefore, based on analysis of domestic and international research situation and theory of assembly line balancing, this paper studied model and algorithms adapt to the production characteristics of wind-power assembly enterprises, and verified the model and algorithm is scientific and effective through the engineering application. This paper mainly studies the content as follows:Firstly, based on the analysis of domestic and international research situation, this paper proposes the main study content, overall framework and research innovation.Secondly, study the basic theory of assembly line balancing, assembly line balancing solutions and basic theory of methods study and time study.Thirdly, based on the analysis of assembly line's characteristics of wind-power assemble enterprises, this paper makes the work study of assembly line, designs the model and algorithms, proposes the effect evaluation index on assembly line balancing of wind-power assembly enterprises, and verifies the superiority of the genetic algorithm based on joint operation sequence and feasible task sequence through an example. Finally, the research achievements are applied to H Company, and the desired results are analyzed to verify the research achievements are scientific and effective.
