The process of Inertial guided bombs fired is heating resistance wire in a short time, sequentially promoted the fighting part of the bomb send out. This requires bombs fired had passed high current. This way the resistance wire can heating the propellant to ignite temperature in a short time, which requires us to monitor current when the ignition.Bombs in the firing process, corresponding will be a force to the launcher. When fired a lot of guns at the same time, These forces will be a large, can very easy to cause damage to launchers. To avoid this, we take the lag of time between the launch, thus avoiding the concentration of fired force. So in the process of Ignition, time of the Ignition should be monitored.Based on the ignition system research, designed ignition monitor system panel, the panel monitoring the main parameters include the ignition current, ignition time and an external voltage, these parameters are normal judging basis to the ignition. Therefore, the main task of the ignition monitor system board design is how to properly determine and store these parameters. With the development of microprocessor technology, the microprocessor function began to grow, but the price to lower , choose a suitable microprocessor control system for ignition.Used this chip infineon XC886 as the microprocessor ignition monitor board, designed monitoring board of ignition system. Ignition monitor system board is composed of two parts: First, the hardware of ignition monitor system board, in thie part introduced the pins and function of the microprocessor chip. Microprocessor chip is the core of the ignition monitor system, which bears the data collection, data communications and ignition timing counts and other important functions. Then introduced the pins and function of AT25256 EEPROM memory. EEPROM memory is stored current, voltage and time, which is sampled by the microprocessor chip. Through experiments write data to AT25256, and read the correct data. Finally, the pins and function of the MAX485. MAX485 is mainly used to receive and transmit the content of microprocessor chips, microprocessor chips by experiment that the contents of the asynchronous serial communication transmitted through the MAX485, MAX485 can also be received the data. Second, software of the ignition monitor system board , mainly consists of gnition monitor system board data sampling requirements,data storage format and the software flow chart.
