With the development of human society culture and the raise of science and technology, the industrialization and commercialization of urban area makes the building industry also towards diversified ways. As the reason of years of"loose structure"expansion, the land resources have become shortage. Therefore tall building is in the ascendant in the cities to alleviate the negative effects. For more than a century, qualities of tall buildings, representing each nation's technological power have been built one after another all over the world.In the 21st century, "sustainable development strategy" is a global target. As a very tall building is of a complex structure, huge block and can cause great consumption. So in construction, a sustainable way of construction is quite necessary to be used, to ensure energy saving and environment friendly. Namely we can call it green construction project. Only by using the advanced green construction concept to guide the construction of high-rises, can the structural design and construction process reach fully energy saving and reduce environment load. At the same time, a establishing of system evaluation of green construction is badly in need in China.This article makes a deep exploration from the green construction theory used in the progress of the super-high building projects to its evaluation method. Firstly, this paper expounds the construction and the development of the domestic and international green architecture and analyses the connection between the green buildings of green construction theory. Secondly, it points out the waste of resources and the damage to the environment in traditional construction. Then it discusses the green construction for tall building construction. Finally, establish super-tall green construction index, using artificial neural network theory which is based on the BP neural network super-tall green construction evaluation model system, to evaluate the tall building case. The significance of above research is able to raise people's attention and offer some references to the establishment of comprehensive evaluation of green construction used in the whole construction industry.
