With the development of economy and the expansion of the scale in building industry,quality of construction engineering is increasingly becoming a social focus,and the major work of building regulatory authorities.Despite the fact that quality of construction engineering has a great direct influence on the safety of people's lives and property and attract more and more social attention,systematic quality assessment of construction engineering has not yet taken form in China.Current assessment system and operating mechanism are still far from perfect,and regulatory authorities still lack valid data and realistic basis.Assembled steel residential building has the characteristics of good seismic behavior,short construction periods,and the building materials which are usually light,elastic,recyclable,and easy in standardized and modular construction.The application of assembled steel residential building benefits a lot to residential industrialization.Considering the facts above,this paper mainly studies on quality evaluation of prefabricated steel structure building industrial construction and installation,providing a favorable reference for building construction quality evaluation system.Firstly,construction and installation quality index system of the the main part and enclosure of assembled steel residential buildings,roof structure,decoration,foundations,and earthworks are constructed.Secondly,questionnaire is made according to key indicators,filled out by experts in relevant fields.Finally,weight coefficient of indexes in all levels of each part are calculated,based on Analytic Hierarchy Process.The study above is based on BP Neural Network models.It is concluded that predictive values of primary index weighting factors are very much closed to the targets,by means of creating BP Neural Network models with primary index weighting factor,and secondary quality control indexes which includes testing on steel structure performance,records on Structural engineering quality,measurings on structural engineering limits and deviation,and quality on the appearance.Therefore,the feasibility of the calculation of quality control index factors is proved,and provide data supports to the establishment of construction quality assessment system,as well as quality assessment formula to the main part and enclosure of assembled steel residential buildings.
