In this dissertation, the significances of wind power converter are clarified a comprehensive review of the recent development and principles of various topologies and control schemes in wind power converter. The analysis and features of the control schemes in the wind power converter are proposed,A new nonlinear control technique that is one-cycle control is proposed. The future development of the control schemes is given.The wind power converter controller is proposed for three-phase rectifiers in one-cycle control concept. Drew up the mathematical formulae according to the basic principle of one-cycle control and power factor correction .The principles of the one-cycle control are showed following: the control technique is applied to control the duty ratio of the switch in real time so in each cycle the average value of the chopped waveform is exactly equal to the control reference at the switch rectifiers output, in this condition the unity fundamental power factor and low current distortion can be achieved. The proposed controller doesn't require the mu1tip1iers to scale the current reference according to the output power level, consists of one integrator with reset along with logic IC and 1inear components. It simplifies the structure and complication of circuits and also easy to realize. This control method is verified by theoretical analysis and simulation results.The proposed control approach is simple, reliable and general.
