Due to effects of natural environment, construction factors and aircraft loading on the airport runway, a great deal cracks with the width of around 0.2 mm inevitably occurred in the pavement. If not mended in time and large rolling of the planes would accelerate spreading and enlarging of the cracks under this situation. It would lead to a series of serious consequences, pavement is not integrity, threaten the flight safety and so on. Therefore, synthesize a kind of repair material which aim at early concrete cracks is indispensable.In this paper, there styles materials with fast-curing at room temperature, low viscosity and excellent mechanical properties were prepared, namely Basic Repair Material (BRM), Organic-modified Repair Material (ORM) and Composite-modified Repair Material (CRM). The main contents are as follows:(1) Tensile and bond properties of the BRM that were influenced by the components were studied through five factors and three levels orthogonal experiment, and optimum formula was obtained. Experimental results show that tensile strength of the BRM is above 35 MPa, elongation at break can be about 5.70% and the material strength can be 6.9 MPa. The curve of the TG-DTA displays that weightlessness acceleration temperature is 271.7℃. MPTS and MAA were served as modifiers, and the ORM was prepared. Experimental results display that tensile strength reach the maximum 39.8 MPa, elongation at break to 8.04%. TG-DTA curve incidents that weightlessness acceleration temperature is 286.4℃. Inorganic fillers were added to the ORM, and CRM was obtained. The results show that the transition temperature is 294.5℃and the shrinking rate reduces to 2.17%.(2) Three repair materials that related properties were studied by simulating the natural, mechanics and handling environment. The physical properties such as Grouting performance storage stability and dimension stability were studied; the mechanics properties as bending strength, compressive strength and steel-steel bonding shear strength were also investigated; corrosion stability in NaCl solution and aging stability under UV refer to durability were determined. Cement is the common material that is applied to construct the airport pavement. For this reason, the repair materials which properties include adhesive strength, shear adhesive strength, repaired-mode glue sand test block suffer NaCl solution corrosion, freeze-thaw cycles. |
