As one of the most important damage of asphalt pavement,crack has always been the focus of pavement maintenance work.The surface cracking of asphalt pavement accelerates the water damage of pavement base,which seriously affects the service life of asphalt pavement.At present,the frequently used crack patching technology in asphalt pavement mainly includes potting,filling seam and sticking seam.But the effect of these patching methods is not very ideal in adhesion and mechanical properties.The technology of rapid repair of asphalt pavement crack is based on the research of polymer grouting technology.Polymer grouting technology is widely used in foundation reinforcement of buildings,floor subsidence uplift,expressway rapid maintenance and dam seepage prevention and reinforcement projects.This research is based on the existing grouting technology to develop the polymer grouting materials—polyurethane foam materials which can quickly repair asphalt pavement cracks under a high temperature and rainy situation in Chongqing.Polyurethane foam materials are made from a mixture of the part A,B and a foaming agent.The overall test of the thesis includes material development and material performance verification.The phase of material development is mainly the normal temperature pull-out test determined by the ratio of polyurethane components,including the determination of the foaming agent,the proportion of the foaming agents and the proportion of the part A and B.The material performance verification stage includes the mixed material Marshall grading test,materials(polyurethane,SBS modified asphalt,70# matrix asphalt)at ambient temperature and high temperature(60?)of the test,the material(idem)Contrast freeze-thaw cleavage and aging test,fracture interface condition of material(idem)repairing effect of the test and the rapid repair of material cracks performance verification.Through the indoor proportioning test,it was found that the use of water as an additive,when the proportion of each component of A:B:H2O=1:1:1.5%,polyurethane foam materials has the best repair effect on cracks.I found in the Material performance verification phase that the high tensile strength of polyurethane foam material is still shown at a high temperature.The water damage resistance of the materials has two kinds of test including the freeze-thaw splitting test and the Immersion Marshall test.We found that compared to the uncut Marshall specimen,the tensile strength of the Marshall specimen repaired by polyurethane foam material was higher than that of the other two materials with better structural strength.After the material aging test,the bonding strength of the material after ultraviolet lamp irradiation is superior to the other two materials.In the ability of materials to quickly repair cracks,when the material reacts at 2h,the tensile strength can reach 95% of the final strength.After 2h,the road using this material to repair the crack can completely open the traffic.At last,considering the influence of the interface condition of the crack on the material repairing performance,after the orthogonal test to simulate the three unfavorable conditions of water,dust and mud at the crack interface,I found that the mud has the greatest impact on the ability of the polyurethane foam material to repair cracks.In the process of crack construction,the paper introduces the road nondestructive testing technology and the general polymer grouting technology.And the paper emphasizes on the welding crack technology of polymer grouting materials.Finally,it has the economic analysis of the grouting technology and introduces its market prospects and social benefits.
