As a sophisticated tunnel lining type,the universal segments can do a good job in control of the axis of shield-driven tunnels,so it is applied widely in the construction of the shield-driven tunnels.Composition and deviation correction of the universal segments are important subjects in the construction of the shield-driven tunnels,the proper selection of segments erection attitudes influences the quality of tunnel axis deviation control.This thesis mainly takes research on design composition and dynamic deviation correction of universal segments. Thedetailsoftheresearehareasfollows:Firstly, Through refined prediction of three-dimension system of coordinates according to the designed parameters of the line, circle and transition curve, which are commonly used in designed tunnel axis,the calculation equations of three-dimension system of coordinates of each curve are obtained. Through refined prediction of three-dimension system of coordinates of universal segments ring according to its physical dimensions, the calculation equations of three-dimension system of coordinates of universal segments ring are obtained.Secondly, Analysis of segment composition is presented.The flow proeess about how to choose the optimal erecting position is programmed,following the principle that the minimum deviation is the optimal choice. From then on the beginning ring ,according to the arithmetic and flowing chart of finding the point of the designed composition of segment ring ,The program adopted the least squares method to optimize ring's attitudes selection following the principle that deviation of tunnel axis fitting is minimized.The flow process about how to choose the optimal erecting attitude is programmed.The optimal design composition of uiniversal segments is realized. At last ,the instance of a project proves the arithmetic of segment composition with the least squares method and the exhaustion method,and the results is right.Thirdly, The flow process about dynamic deviation correction is programmed utilizing the least squares method and the exhaustion method, according to general optimizational principle.The monitoring data of erected segment rings and shield tail space are considered at the same time.The optimal composition scheme of the next deviation correction rings are obtained,the predicted scheme can provide guidelines for the construction of tunnels. Lastly, based on the inverse kinematics and restraint conditions of workspace of double-tripod mixed-connected ion parameters, restraint parameters, configuration parameters, analyzes the change of workspace of double-tripod mixed-connected robot. At last ,the instance of a project proves the arithmetic of segment composition with method of deviation correction rings,and the results is right.The last,Introduced the segment fitting the design layout and correction of software functional design and software interface design. Features in the software design process, is included in the four functional modules, namely, basic information about the project module, the tunnel axis modules, fit the module layout and design layout optimization and dynamic correction module; the same time, software interface design, software function in accordance with the design requirements applications project to provide relevant data information and examples need to be engineering-related data.
