Aluminum electrolytic capacitor is essential component in electrical products, With the development of science and technology in recent years, the capacitor can also be a good development because of its advantages as wide range of uses, excellent performance, low cost and so on. The capacitance of aluminum capacitor is closely related to the expansion surface rate of electronic aluminum foil after electrolytic corrosion. By adding appropriate amount of rare earth elements to improve the electrolytic capacitor electronic aluminum foil's capacitance and to improve the competitiveness of electronic aluminum foil products.This research took electronic aluminum foil of different Ce content and high pure aluminum foil as main subjects. After rolling process, 0.11mm thick electronic aluminum foil has been made, after annealing to get the high occupancy of cubic texture and suitable gain size. Get corrosive aluminum foil by different corrupted process. Observe the performance of the corrosion pit by optics electronic microscope and SEM, Test the comparing capacitance by EIS tester, study the solution concentration, corrosive temperature, corrosive time and current density of corrosive liquid mainly with hydrochloric acid and vitriol. And also study the effect of Ce on the comparing capacitance of electronic aluminum corrupted.The results shows that we can get aluminum foil of high cubic texture by recrystallization annealing, get quadrate pore corrosion after corroding. As the Cl- concentration added, the comparing capacitance of aluminum foil is increasing, the surface of the aluminum foil will turn up holes while it reaches a level, and the comparing capacitance is decreasing. When the concentration of corrosive liquid and voltage is fixing, the comparing capacitance of aluminum foil will changes. At the same external condition, the suitable concentration of Ce could increase the corrosion pit density of electronic aluminum foil, decrease the pit size and add the depth, it is in favor of the increasing of electronic aluminum foil comparing capacitance, but the superfluous Ce is no good for the increasing of electronic aluminum foil comparing capacitance. In this study the rare-earth electronic aluminum foil with adding 0.001%content Ce can obtain the maximum corrosion capacitance value in the process of 0.3A/cm2 current density and 190s corrosive time.
