With the construction of large and complex urban high-rise building and the development of large-scale, and gradually increase awareness of environmental protection, static piling technology has been unprecedented development and extensive application especially in south China with its low cost, environmental pollution, etc. In this paper,it is studied the jacked pile on the residual stress, time-effect, and capacity simulation based on theoretical analysis, combined with experimental research and the use of finite element software ABAQUS to give the foundation and basis for the provision of adequate for engineering applications and the future more in-depth analysis. This article includes the following:(1) Experimental study found that the presence of residual stress does not affect the overall capacity of piles, but pile load distribution ratio, and has been aware of the pile rebound phenomenon is residual stress in the external manifestations.The rebound magnitude varies with the length of pile, embedded depth and the frequency varies piling, and has been proposed the idea of rate prediction using total station measuring residual stress resilience.(2) The role of soil consolidation, thixotropic recovery, and "water film - Earth shell" effect is the main factors of the capacity of jacked pile. This paper discuss the capacity increasment with the practical project on the clay and sand with the application "when every other complex pressure test" .And point out that thecapacity increase in clay is mainly due to the dissipation of pore water pressure and soil aging thixotropic, and demonstrate that the capacity increasment of pile in sandy soil with time change.It is pointed that the reason of rapid growth capacity latter is due to the dissipation of pore water much faster in sand than former.(3) In this paper,it is simulated of the jacked pile into the continuous penetration of the whole process in the finite element software ABAQUS platform based on the use of Displacement penetration method, considering the large deformation, large displacement and the pile - soil interface and other issues,and analysis the pile-soil friction on the pile of soil displacement and stress field by changing the coefficient of friction of pile-soil friction on the pile. That provides a practical analysis method in order to study the process of pile penetration characteristics of the simulation. Meanwhile, the simulation results can provide a reference design for the static pile and further provide the basis for visual simulation.
