Electric load simulator is the equipment for rudder loading test, which is realized by motor. And it is used to simulate the load that the aircraft rudder surface suffered during flight in laboratory conditions, so it is an important half hardware-in-loop simulation system. With the development of missile project, precision requisition and dynamic performance requisition of rudder are heightened and correspondingly dynamic response and precision of loading system will be higher requisited. This thesis designs a suit of electric loading platform based on DSP, just in allusion to this requisition. This thesis mainly completes the following contents:1) Firstly, the whole electric loading system project is designed, using a DC torque motor as the actuator, and the mathematical models of each part are established. On the basis, the relationship between surplus torque and rudder motor's movement, and the main factors affecting surplus torque are analyzed. Conbining the operating characteristics of electric loading system, fuzzy adaptive PID is selected to reduce surplus torque. The results of Simulating proves effectivity of this control strategy.2) It is outspreaded in the control core: TMS320F2812 DSP, designs circuits of all part, explains the key part detailedly. Mainly included: the control circuit, the optoelectronic isolator circuit, Analog to Digital converter circuit, Digital to Analog converter circuit, and the detection circuit of position circuit.3) Aim at the requirement of software design by the core part of hardware. With application of C program to complete the code of Lower machine. Mainly introduce the design principle of DSP software and present the concrete design and give out the main algorithm design combined with the system.
