Fiber asphalt mixture is a composite asphalt mixture that adding fibre material to enhence the asphalt pavement's using quality. Its outstanding feature is that the it can prevent the expanding of the cracks of asphalt pavement, reduce the apperence of high tmeperature rute, compensate the insufficient of high tmeperature fracture and reduce the degree of pavement's water damage. It also has the notable effect on prolonging asphalt pavement's using life. This thesis gets benefit from the advandatge of fibre that can enhence asphalt mixture's pavement perfence, selects new road-using basaltic fibre and compare with polyester fibre and lignin fibre. Depending on the closed grading and intermittent grading, researching the ground substance that adding three types of fibre and two types of modified asphalt mastics's propeties, also research these materials'pavement perfences. Meanwhile, comparing and analysing the action mechanism of basaltic fibre, polyester fibre and lignin fibre with ground substance asphait and modified asphalt to ascertain the action mechanism of basaltic fibre and asphait.This thesis research the basaltic fibre asphait mixture from five aspects as follows:First of all, The research of the mechanism of fiber reinforcement. By the methods of split experiment and static load creep experiment to research the mechanism of fiber reinforcement. From the mirco feature, physics-chenistry propetry of basaltic fibre and the marco significance of composite material theory, two aspects, to analyse the reinforcement mechanism of basaltic fibre asphait mixture.Secondly, The research of rheological propetries of fiber asphalt. By the experimental method of DSR and BBR, researching the rheological propetries of basaltic fibre, polyester fibre and lignin fibre. Comparing the three types of fiber's dosage to the influences of the three indexs of asphalt mastics and the propetry index of DSR and BBR. Providing the reference evidence to ascertain the best dosage and mechanism analysis. And fixing the best dosage of the three types of fiber in the structure of AC-16C and SMA-13 by the experiment of BBR and DSR preliminary.Thirdly, The research of best dosage of basaltic fibre. Considering the different mixture's gradation types, using the method of experiment,accroding to the anti-rute propetry and anti-low temperature crack propetry of mixture, research and ascertain the best dosage of basaltic fibre, polyester fibre and lignin fibre in the asphalt mixture. The optimal asphalt content under the best fiber dosage is confirmed respectively.Fourthly, Analysis of basaltic fibre asphalt mixture road perfence. By indoor expreiments, researching the road perfence of basaltic fibre in the AC-16C and SMA-13. By comparing and analysing with polyester fibre, lignin fibre and non-fiber asphalt concrete in the road perfence of high-temperature, low-temperature and water stability, get the conclusion that basaltic fibre has greater improvement effect to the road perfence of asphalt mixture.At last, Paving of real engineering and supervising and analysing its perfermence. Based on the indoor research, construcing the experimental road to verify the accomplishment of indoor research. Proving the basaltic fibre asphalt mixture has the well using effect and the value of promoting By supervising the experimental pavement performance.
