The study on p-y curves of pile-soil interaction in liquefying field is just start at home, and influence factors on p-y curves of pile-soil interaction in liquefying ground are reported few according to late documents. Broad liquefiable ground regions are distributed and many earthquakes occur in china, and the regions where build bridge are generally liquefiable ground, especially yangtze river delta, pearl river delta, three urban agglomerations around bohai, developed coastal region and northwestern loess region. Investigation of seismic hazard indicates that liquefaction due to earthquake is one of the main reasons of damage to the pile-supported bridge. It is a very important engineering problem that pile-soil dynamic interaction in liquefiable ground still have not been given sufficient regard, but now it is becoming more and more important. In view of the above-mentioned factors,some basically reseach work aiming at dynamic performance of pile in liquefying ground, response characteristic of liquefying ground and influence factors on p-y curve of pile-soil dynamic interaction in liquefying ground is done by means of shaking table test and numerical analysis. The main contents, techniques, and results of the research are summarized as follows:First, shaking table test of dynamic pile-soil interaction are performed, which provides dynamic performance of liquefying sand and pile and calculation parameters for seismic response analysis of pile-soil system in liquefying ground. Test data are obtained for theoretical study. Shaking table test is done in order to study dynamic response of pile from pore pressure aspect. The understanding of mechanism about liquefaction is deepened. It is significant to have a qualitative understanding of dynamic performance of pile in liquefying ground.Second, analysis model aiming at shaking table test of dynamic pile-soil interaction is built in liquefying ground and pile-soil interaction is simulated adopting dynamic p-y curves. The purpose of building model is to analysis parameters of p-y curves.Third, influence factors on p-y curve of dynamic pile-soil interaction in liquefying ground. Change of p-y curves is studied from soil reaction and pile-soil relative displacement aspect, considering different pore pressure ratio, pile diameter, thickness of clay at surface, weight of structure, relative density of sand and so on. The built numerical model is adopted in this study, inputing Sine wave with frequency of 1Hz.The results facilitate better understanding of dynamic response of pile in liquefying ground. Specially, influence factors on p-y curves of pile-soil interaction in liquefying ground provide basic data for building p-y curves in liquefying ground.
