Design and processing the large-scale shaking table's foundation are very important.If it's designs and processes unreasonable,it will serious influence scene person,house structure security,neighboring building and environment.At present shake table foundation design mainly according to the foundation vibration to the test equipment,the system parameters target,building's influence and the environment protection standard carries on in domestic and foreign.The shaking table foundation materially is one quality block to provide the reaction for shaking table's movement.It is one important component of the shake table.Thorough,comprehensive research shaking table foundation is an essential link in shaking table research.The paper mainly carry on dynamic analysis and design calculation method study for the 4×4 rice of six degree of freedom shaking table foundation~ Based on the elementary theory of dynamic foundation,carried on the static calculation and the dynamic analysis to this foundation,and then use the large-scale finite element procedure ANSYS calculates and analyse result,by comparing the two results,draws the conclusion that calculates the shaking table foundation with the M-K-C model is correct.And carries on the design and the calculates with this model to the shaking table foundation,compared theoretical calculation result with finite element analysis result,both results is similar.The shaking table maximum amplitude,the maximum speed and the biggest acceleration information are smaller than the factory specification of shaking table,and vibration of the shaking table foundation to existing workshop building and environment influence is very small.Analyzed and determined use backfilling sandy soil as vibration isolation absorption of shock measure. Thorough analysis construction drawing design key questions such as shake table plane size, quality,rigidity,main body material,reinforcing bars,structure reinforcing bars and foundation pit support. The paper studies and summarizes the dynamic analysis and design calculation for the 4×4 rice of six degree of freedom shaking table foundation.From classical elementary theory to Ansys finite element solves is combination of engineering practice,hoped that could provides the reference for other simulation shake table foundation and the similar power machinery foundation design and the research.
